The closing was quick and prompt. Everything was great during a very stressful time in my life. The only negative that I have is the original loan amount communicated to me was lower than the final loan amount.
It was too much paperwork and I felt rushed to sign things I didn't understand.

Jon's way of communicating made you feel like he was smarter than you and he was the only one that knew how things needed to be done. Could definitely work on listening to the needs of the customer (me) instead of just telling me how it needed to be done. Sometimes when working with a builder it's not always as simple and easy as Jon felt it should've been.
