Took awhile to understand what was needed. The instruction were not very clear. Software was not very informing.
Paul was great. The rest of the team once it switched from Paul wasn’t the best. It took multiple times to get them to correct documents and they weren’t always the most responsive. If I could have dealt with Paul through the whole process I think it would have been a lot smoother.
Everyone was so helpful in making the process successful!

I am not a very "easy" grader. Recent experiences with other financial services providers I used to rely on have been unexpectedly unpleasant. BUT the experience at PennyMac was very good.
