The process from start to finish was very easy and uncomplicated. The staff was pleasant to work with. They were always available to answer my questions.
The process was very smooth and communication via email and phone was great. We appreciated the convenience of having a mobile notary come to us and being able to do everything else online.
Maybe due to short staff but sometimes difficult to get a clear idea of what was going on.
The numbers were very competitive and above all you kept your word when you made a promise. Also always available when I needed answers.
The customer portal needs some work with regards to loading documents that are not specifically associated with a task, but Paul was great! He was always quick to answer any questions I had and got back to me the same day if he was unavailable when I called.
No problem getting in touch with people. Very pleased with process.
Tynisha Robinson was a very friendly down to earth person and made the process enjoyable.
