The process was so smooth, that I almost felt like we were missing something. Sandi did an amazing job at communicating each step as we went. By far, the best experience we've had!
I had a good experience from start to finish with my refinance. I did have one question that I could never get a clear answer on. I was interested in increasing my cash out amount at closing and I inquired several times with my loan officer (Shaun Riley) as well as with Brittany Jones and the 'My M.A.C. Team', but I was never able to get a clear response.

It took almost 8 weeks to close on this refinance. I did not know that checks would be sent to me to pay creditors which caused delays in getting them paid before another payment was due. I wish they could have been paid via electronic payments and paid on time.
You ultimately did exactly what you told me you would do. I am well-pleased.
Sandi was awesome and very respectful of our situation (my husband and I working long hours and having very little free time). She made it quick and easy and was polite and friendly through a few challenges. We highly recommend her and we have always had a great experience with Pennymac. I do actually recommend Pennymac to friends and family often. We did have one major problem though, that had nothing to do PM or Sandi.
