Brittany Jones was professional and proactive. Her response to my questions were timely and understandable. She made the minor hiccups inconsequential. Superb work!
Staff is not aligned as it relates to multiple facets of the refinance process, especially clear communication between departments (processing, credit review, loan officer, intra processing. Callers receive different answers to the same question every time the caller calls. If you call 5 processing agents and ask them all the same question, you will receive 5 different answers, so you won’t know what’s accurate. In most cases, neither of the 5 answers are accurate.
