Seamless transaction
All was great
New title lien came right before closing so we had to extend. Took a few tries with the mailing label to get right and I had not caught it we would have had to extend. Overall great but just that last part.
Everyone was very professional and super friendly. They were there whenever we had any questions and were very through with the whole process.
Both my lending officer and loan processor were very easy to work with. We have been with Pennymac for years and will continue to use them for all our mortgage needs.
