Good customer service
Staff is not aligned as it relates to multiple facets of the refinance process, especially clear communication between departments (processing, credit review, loan officer, intra processing. Callers receive different answers to the same question every time the caller calls. If you call 5 processing agents and ask them all the same question, you will receive 5 different answers, so you won’t know what’s accurate. In most cases, neither of the 5 answers are accurate. Seamless transaction
All was great
New title lien came right before closing so we had to extend. Took a few tries with the mailing label to get right and I had not caught it we would have had to extend. Overall great but just that last part.
Everyone was very professional and super friendly. They were there whenever we had any questions and were very through with the whole process.
