The application process was seamless, we got the rate that we wanted, & closing was completed on time!
Poor communication and staff was not prepared
Communication and the customer service ~ I was not treated like just another mortgage.
I was instructed to complete the closing paperwork before my ex-husband completed his portion, and was led to believe he had already completed the necessary paperwork (whether intentionally or unintentionally). My ex-husband never completed his portion, which I didn't even know was necessary to begin with (I won the house in a contentious divorce, and have the judgement which clearly states the house belongs to me). Experience was good. Thank you.
Close on time. Don’t ask for irrelevant documents. Follow the 3 day disclosure law. Waive appraisals when you can. Lower origination fees. Totally unacceptable. Third rate company with crappy follow up and lies
