The online portal in the process of transformation has lost its real purpose. I uploaded all the needed documents to the portal but the loan officer could never see them causing frustration and time waste on my end. My loan officer also was a little rude and she didn't communicate properly and didn't send me the CD either

We had to do the closing twice due to the fact, and this is not the fault of Marc Schneider, I'm sure, but my husband's social security number was incorrect on the first set of documents and we got all the way to the end of the closing before that was discovered. At that point we had to reset our closing and sign the papers all over again. I just feel as though things like social security numbers should be watched very closely by the person typing up these documents.

The Loan Processor knowing what he was talking about before he called me. The Loan Processor knowing the rules in the state that I live so that my closing wasn't cancelled the morning of. Diversity training so that all of the workers replace words like husband or wife with spouse or partner. Ensuring that the closing documents are sent out ahead of time (as was communicated) so they can be reviewed.

Tynisha was very much on point for all the discussions. I had 4 loans in process, and she ensured that the process is smooth and efficient.
