I am not real tech savvy and don’t like doing things by email. I felt unsure of things when I would receive emails every day or so requesting yet another look at documents that I really did not understand. Guess I just like doing things more in person.

PennyMac made this process so easy! From the moment I spoke with a lending agent, to the time that I signed the papers, everything was well explained, and done according to my expectations. There was a delay in signing due to my getting Covid, and there was another delay with the title company having to change the verbiage in the Quick Claim Deed to meet my state's requirements.
