The team was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had a lot of questions, sometimes the same questions. It was frustrating to me not understanding some of the process however, they were always helpful and understanding. Thank you for all your help during this time. While we were able to close everything within the correct time frame, there were details that left us a bit scrambling. For example, we were told by PennyMac that we would need to prepare a cashier check for the down payment. It turned out the title company wanted a wired transfer. This was resolved without too much trouble, but it indicates a certain level of inaccuracy in the process. My experience was very good. I had clear and prompt communication with the representatives. The refinance process went quickly and accurately.
Mrs Izabella Boyd made my experience awesome!!! The initial 2 agents (Stephen Toth and Patrick) were unresponsive, I had to continually call them (for over 30 days), they were unmotivated and clueless. Izabella took over my loan and after a 10 minute phone call my wife and I know we would have a much better experience dealing with her. She took charge of the entire loan process reaching out to multiple individuals to try to get the job done. Great service and quick closing with a great rate
It was a very smooth process with good communication throughout.
We had to do the closing twice due to the fact, and this is not the fault of Marc Schneider, I'm sure, but my husband's social security number was incorrect on the first set of documents and we got all the way to the end of the closing before that was discovered. At that point we had to reset our closing and sign the papers all over again. I just feel as though things like social security numbers should be watched very closely by the person typing up these documents.
The Loan Processor knowing what he was talking about before he called me. The Loan Processor knowing the rules in the state that I live so that my closing wasn't cancelled the morning of. Diversity training so that all of the workers replace words like husband or wife with spouse or partner. Ensuring that the closing documents are sent out ahead of time (as was communicated) so they can be reviewed.
