Everything me my expectations.
From the moment I started working with Gabrielle Tamala at the very beginnint until I was switched over to Mylana Lane, and all the way up through closing, service was prompt and courteous. Even if I asked a million questions no one got impatient with me. I am super pleased with speed in which closing was scheduled. I am very happy with the entire process.

Great overall fees and rates.
We had to do the closing twice due to the fact, and this is not the fault of Marc Schneider, I'm sure, but my husband's social security number was incorrect on the first set of documents and we got all the way to the end of the closing before that was discovered. At that point we had to reset our closing and sign the papers all over again. I just feel as though things like social security numbers should be watched very closely by the person typing up these documents.
The Loan Processor knowing what he was talking about before he called me. The Loan Processor knowing the rules in the state that I live so that my closing wasn't cancelled the morning of. Diversity training so that all of the workers replace words like husband or wife with spouse or partner. Ensuring that the closing documents are sent out ahead of time (as was communicated) so they can be reviewed.
Poor communication and staff was not prepared
Communication and the customer service ~ I was not treated like just another mortgage.
Tynisha was very much on point for all the discussions. I had 4 loans in process, and she ensured that the process is smooth and efficient. She played a critical role in coordination and also prevented me from sending same set of documents for all the 4 loans (vs. sending it once). Thank you for all the support!
