The communicated expected closing date was nearly a month after what I actually closed at. I understand tempering expectations but still allow for a more realistic timeframe. Also I was being reached out to by people I had never interacted with prior asking for sensitive information and it would have been nice if during the beginning of the process anyone that would reach out would be on an email chain or something there's just so much identity theft going around I became very skeptical

My payoff amounts were different. The value of my IRA was wrong, listed at $14,000, not $140,000. But it was approved so not really an issue. Had hoped to pay down more on the principal, but my monthly payment was what I wanted so it worked out ok.ok.
