My payoff amounts were different. The value of my IRA was wrong, listed at $14,000, not $140,000. But it was approved so not really an issue. Had hoped to pay down more on the principal, but my monthly payment was what I wanted so it worked out ok.ok.

I started the process with Jake Crocker, but most of my interaction was with Ms. Arch. Mr. Crocker took the time to explain the process and made sure that every document was completed and updated. Ms. Arch called me every week and made sure that I understood what stage my loan was in. Ms. Arch was very professional, extremely polite, and a joy to speak to every week.
