Loan Officer was not very responsive, closing documents were sent to us incorrectly numerous times.

I have been with PennyMac for the life of my home loan and refinanced twice. Every interaction has been wonderful, and they have always guaranteed the best rate. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

The requests to complete documents and the website itself were confusing. After we started our application to refinance, we kept getting phone calls to apply to refinance. Why, we had already applied! That was confusing and a waste of time. Also, we received a payoff demand letter that was alarming and confusing when we had just signed closing papers the day before.

when requesting a refiianance over the phone that the figures are correct the first time. The documents are totally not the same and the closing cost amount are not even mention on the phone. documents are sent right away to sign without someone calling to go over with you. We had called serval times and never received a call had to text thru website.
