Justin was great and I enjoyed working with him but the closing date was delayed and when I did close my name was wrong on all the documents. When I let Pennymac know that right away, no one contacted me. I had to reach out again to get an answer. I still wasn't told what would happen.

ok. it just takes too long. plus, PennyMac already held the mortgage and they see the pay history of on time payments, so no need to waste time with unnecessary paperwork.

Our whole refinance experience with PennyMac and Kyle was frustrating. We were scheduled to closed two times and each time it was canceled. The second time, we were not notified of the cancellation and wasted a whole day off from work. Extremely rude. We also had to do hours (not exaggerating) worth of leg work to get this process moving. The only bright spot of this process was Brandais, sales manager. She was very helpful and supportive. I’m grateful to have this refi behind us.
