The entire process was amazing and truly much better than I anticipated. From the start I was told of the entire process and the expected time frames. The process was a week faster than anticipated and they setup the entire process to include the closing in our home. Brittany was amazing to work with.
Sandi was very kind and accurate in the work she performed. She actually caught a slight hiccup that could’ve prevented the closing, but she was diligent despite the holiday schedule and communicated the matter right away and how to solve it, she helped me correct the situation and allowed us to close on schedule. I was not involved in this process. My spouse initiated it and communicated with you primarily. I was asked for employment documents via email, then someone else told my spouse that I didn't need to submit them. Very confusing. Lastly, the process took far longer than I would have expected for a simple refi. I don't know what the delays were.
