I was not involved in this process. My spouse initiated it and communicated with you primarily. I was asked for employment documents via email, then someone else told my spouse that I didn't need to submit them. Very confusing. Lastly, the process took far longer than I would have expected for a simple refi. I don't know what the delays were.
Too many small issues that i kept having to correct. Never spoke to same agent twice. delayed close not clear info on why things held up. Felt things should have gone more smoothly As existing customer.
I got my loan refinanced
