The experience was seam-less and Penny Mac updated me weekly on where the loan process was. When the documents were ready an appointment time was made the rep contacted me to help keep us on track. She arrived on time, was very professional and personal. The service was outstanding!

I feel that responsibility for mistakes with my loan application should have been acknowledged more quickly and that someone like Annie should have been assigned right away to correct things and expedite the situation.
