This is my 7th refinance and the longest. Took more than 3 months with 2 appraisal. I think you have lot of overhead on the system and room to improve. Weekly check-in process is useless without any meaningful update other than mechanically asking last name and last four digit of ssn.

From the first person I talked with at Pennymac, Nuvia, to the last, I have been treated as a person rather than a business transaction. We were not able to get the money we originally wanted from the refinance, but that doesn’t take away from the exceptional, personable engagements we enjoyed with all the Pennymac personnel.

This process was easier than expected. Clay Hagler & Tiffany Terry exceeded my expectations with their outstanding service. All my questions were answered in a timely matter and they both were always reachable. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise in processing the refinance of my loan.
