The notary who closed my loan was unaware that I would be using a POA for my wife. I made this declaration EVERY time I spoke with PennyMac. I stated that I had a stamp as well. When the Notary arrived he stated that he was not made aware of any of this and that he would not allow me to use my stamp with the POA phrase our LAWYER wanted us to use. Me and my arthritis had to write everything out by hand. I WAS LIVID. I may be done with PennyMac forever. This happened during our covid restructure as well. Very Poor Company com... read more
