This process was easier than expected. Clay Hagler & Tiffany Terry exceeded my expectations with their outstanding service. All my questions were answered in a timely matter and they both were always reachable. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise in processing the refinance of my loan. This was my second attempt in refinancing and it was a success thanks to this efficient team. Tiffany was a luck charm. Excellent service!!!!

Joe was one of about 6 that this rating relates to. 5 others had said they were the point person and would communicate with me on a regular basis. They didn't but after a shaky start, Joe did. The underwriter Jacob Powell was professional and very thorough. I would recommend having a decision tree with names, responsibilities, and contact info for those I would work with. My main issue is with Billy Manapat. He under quoted by ~600 dollars and I had to pay a 25 dollar wire fee. He assured me that there was to be no money needed to close , yet there was. I do not feel like I can trust him and the 25 dollar wire fee is absurd. If this was communicated better I would not have an issue. If Pennymac could grant me a 25 dollar visa gift card to assist with the wire fee this would greatly assist.
