Everyone was very good to work with & worked really hard to close the loan in a timely manner. Everything was as promised & look forward to future business with Pennymac . Great service !!
Brittany was fine but the loan officer was not very helpful. My initial application from PennyMac was withdrawn by PennyMac without contacting me. I am thinking about contacting the CFPB as this caused the need to reapply for a mortgage and led to longer closing times. Again the loan was withdrawn with no contact EVER being made. No reparations were made to correct the situation to me. This was handled very very poorly and if I had not been a PennyMac customer already I would have never went through with this with Penn... read more

My experience with PennyMac was great.
I appreciated the phone contact and Interaction. However, I feel that too many different people tried to interact either by phone or email. I was not sure if the person I was talking to was actually from your company. Too many hands in the process asking for the same things caused me to feel uneasy. I didn't like the idea of someone sending me a document to sign that posted an amount higher than what I first started with. The process after that went well.
