My only negative comment is that throughout the refinancing process I continued to receive annoying calls, emails and wasteful mailers encouraging me to refinance. I wanted to respond with "WHAT'S IT LOOK LIKE I'M DOING ?!"

In dealing with Victor and my second go around everything was great. The first 2 attempts to remortgage were not good at all. I nearly took both of my mortgages to another company after two different loan officer dropped the ball. Asked for crazy things, like having $20k in an account, which I sold stock and moved the cash over. I was happy with the end result, but it nearly imploded. You should look into these issues and resolve so that other customers dont have such a poor experience.
