After having to reschedule Mr. Ferrante informed me that my disability was to much for the notary to accommodate a signing that was not in a crowded restaurant not to mention I doubt anyone even cared we are currently still having a pandemic. Told me after supposedly talking to his manager(listen to the recording) that no accommodations would be made and I would have to reapply at a later date…. My only negative comment is that throughout the refinancing process I continued to receive annoying calls, emails and wasteful mailers encouraging me to refinance. I wanted to respond with "WHAT'S IT LOOK LIKE I'M DOING ?!"
