The experience was great and everything went well and definitely appreciate your help.
Poor communication and no follow on questions I had for my processor. Very high% of the time my processor was not available and not returning my calls . I had to keep repeating my concerns to other processors.
Slow responses, duplicate requests, it's clear employees handle many customers at once.
Too slow and too many hoops to jump through more than once. Poor communication. Name spelled incorrectly even though the correct spelling had been provided more than one time.
Basically our teams point person was always available to us and Annie always answered our questions in our language so my wife and I could understand . Annie had a gray supporting team who also helped. Darius also gets a shout out for spending so much time exposing the loan to us at the beginning of the process. Management should be very proud to have these people on its staff.
To my knowledge the PM team was great. However, I did not close at the scheduled time. I got a call an hour before the notary was scheduled to arrive and she informed me she did not have my documents. This occurred on 12/31 and the PennyMac and title company offices were closed. I had no choice but to wait until the following week to follow up and reschedule closing. The loan officers I dealt with were professional and very helpful.
