After having to reschedule Mr. Ferrante informed me that my disability was to much for the notary to accommodate a signing that was not in a crowded restaurant not to mention I doubt anyone even cared we are currently still having a pandemic. Told me after supposedly talking to his manager(listen to the recording) that no accommodations would be made and I would have to reapply at a later date…. To my knowledge the PM team was great. However, I did not close at the scheduled time. I got a call an hour before the notary was scheduled to arrive and she informed me she did not have my documents. This occurred on 12/31 and the PennyMac and title company offices were closed. I had no choice but to wait until the following week to follow up and reschedule closing. The loan officers I dealt with were professional and very helpful.
