Very easy process, and the communication was excellent. I knew how my mortgage was coming along at all times and it seemed a top priority.
Everything in the process was clear and understandable although the estimate mortgage payment and the actual was $60 more than expected.
Joe kept me up to date every step of the way. He is professional in manner and always answered my questions thoroughly and promptly.
After having to reschedule Mr. Ferrante informed me that my disability was to much for the notary to accommodate a signing that was not in a crowded restaurant not to mention I doubt anyone even cared we are currently still having a pandemic. Told me after supposedly talking to his manager(listen to the recording) that no accommodations would be made and I would have to reapply at a later date…. It was great doing business with PennyMac Home Loans. My Loan Processor, Victor Wiggins, was readily available to answer my questions both by telephone and email. The process was expedient. The service was always professional a d the closing was very smooth. Without hesitation, I would recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to refinance a home loan.
