It was great doing business with PennyMac Home Loans. My Loan Processor, Victor Wiggins, was readily available to answer my questions both by telephone and email. The process was expedient. The service was always professional a d the closing was very smooth. Without hesitation, I would recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to refinance a home loan.

To my knowledge the PM team was great. However, I did not close at the scheduled time. I got a call an hour before the notary was scheduled to arrive and she informed me she did not have my documents. This occurred on 12/31 and the PennyMac and title company offices were closed. I had no choice but to wait until the following week to follow up and reschedule closing. The loan officers I dealt with were professional and very helpful.
