Very easy to deal with.
Everything about the process was great and appreciated. Joe laid out the expectations and followed through with what he said. This could have been stressful but was overall an easy process
personnel helpful and prompt. did not always seem to understand rural limitations for internet and cell service that often complicated communications and times documents were due, but were helpful and courteous in overcoming these obstacles.
