To many people from the team sending emails. Flood insurance documentation requested by several peoplewhich seems to have delayed paperwork. All the while flood documents we already on file with existing loan, which i told them numerous times. Seems like loan could gave closed earlier. Closing agent had to postpone 4 hours while he waited on closing documents from the title company. As for flood insurance i am going thru FEMA to resolve that.
Struggled getting answer as we got closer to closing and we never had anyone reach out to us to go through our closing documents prior to signing.
I appreciate the level of detail Drew provided and how quickly he responded to my calls. It was a very smooth experience.
My Mortgage Loan Originator Earl Nagaran provided excellent service and communicated the entire loan process. He was alway prompt with assisting and answering my questions when my emails sent to the MAC Team mailbox went unanswered. Updated Closing Disclosure was never sent to me after numerous requests; email him the morning of closing and he provided the data. My great rating was only provided because of Earl outstanding customer service and keeping the process on track to closing.
The loan was put on hold by the first person that was supposed to be doing it. Constantly had to resend the same documents due to his procrastination and the time frame for documents expiring. Finally got it done when he was removed from the equation.

Michelle and the team of PennyMac were great! I love the ease of the electronic signatures instead of paper documents. I will definitely refer friends and family.
Time difference between CA and FL delays communication. If I have known the lender is in CA, I may choose another one. Loan Officer told me that he can't reply my emails from his office email per policy. It delayed communication and answers to my inquiries. The service provided became less personal and less connected. communication provided by Tech company via Title company and Title company was not helpful and unpleasant. Correction made but experience damage done.
Jonathan and team communicated very well throughout the entire process. Any new requests or updates were delivered timely, they were accurate and there were no issues with the loan process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend the PennyMac team.
