I was unable to reach Robbie Winkler or get anyone on the phone despite communications over a series of weeks via voicemail and email. This meant we brought a check for the wrong amount to closing. I felt Pennymac was incredibly communicative when they were selling us on a refinance. However, once we decided to go with them we were highly dissatisfied with the level of communications.

My'Esha was wonderful - but the entire process was WAY too long and arduous. I began my refi in early August and did not close until 12/14. My credit score is excellent, and I had an excellent payment history with PennyMac for 2.5 years prior to the refinance. I had to supply paystubs repeatedly because it kept dragging out - and multiple times I was asked for bank statements - even though I had no cash required to close. My closing amount had to be corrected TWICE.

Michelle and the team of PennyMac were great! I love the ease of the electronic signatures instead of paper documents. I will definitely refer friends and family.
