Ms Tiffany Terry did an excellent job.
Time difference between CA and FL delays communication. If I have known the lender is in CA, I may choose another one. Loan Officer told me that he can't reply my emails from his office email per policy. It delayed communication and answers to my inquiries. The service provided became less personal and less connected. communication provided by Tech company via Title company and Title company was not helpful and unpleasant. Correction made but experience damage done.
Jonathan and team communicated very well throughout the entire process. Any new requests or updates were delivered timely, they were accurate and there were no issues with the loan process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend the PennyMac team.
Everyone we interacted with through Penny Mac was outstanding. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable, courteous, they really went above and beyond. Tim was especially helpful as he answered every question we had, reassured us throughout the process as needed and made sure we understood what was going on with our application and was consistent with keeping us updated. We really appreciate the level of service we received!

Great refinancing process. Michelle really knows how to make the process easy and painless.
I tried to refinance through another company before trying PennyMac. That "other company" ran me through the ringer and made the process very difficult and I am a first time home owner. I was very discouraged. PennyMac contacted me and told me that the "other company" was not doing the refi correctly. I started the refi process with PennyMac and was astounded how quickly it was completed and how easily the process should have been. Thank you PennyMac!!!
