The entire refinance process was great!
Aside to Covid and hurricane season that delayed our closing timeline, the process and service was very good. The PennyMac team communicated regularly on the process and kept me informed on each stages we were on.
There was jo communication at all on the last leg of the process. I couldn’t get a response on when the closing would be. Asked several times and could not get anyone to respond.
Smooth process, and they are quite helpful in helping to understand the mortgage process.
Several telephone calls were not responded to. A few conversations felt rushed. My initial conversations with Hayden Bailey and my last call with Paulette were the most informative and where I felt that “my MAC team” cared.
