There was jo communication at all on the last leg of the process. I couldn’t get a response on when the closing would be. Asked several times and could not get anyone to respond.
I feel a notary is not a person who should be signing paperwork with you. It is to many important documents you have to sign without a lawyer or someone who can help you understand your documents.
Several telephone calls were not responded to. A few conversations felt rushed. My initial conversations with Hayden Bailey and my last call with Paulette were the most informative and where I felt that “my MAC team” cared.
Nathan was super easy to work with. I had a very complicated set of income to provide and he was always so very helpful.

Great experience! Prompt, efficient, easy online application/paperwork system and super friendly support team. Despite their workload and working remote, everything went smoothly and we were able to close in the estimated timeframe. Highly recommend PennyMac.
From beginning to end the process was very clear. Initially Charles started the process and answered all my questions without hesitation and with transparency. Danny communicated with us weekly and keep us informed of the timeline. That is what made this experience great for us!
