Great service, everything done on time, locked us into the lowest rate, gave telephone updates and treated us with respect. What's not to like?
This was such a simple process from start to finish, we actually closed quicker than anticipated. We were kept informed all the way thru the process
I think the initial person I dealt with was not completely honest with me b or maybe the questions I asked were confusing.
My'Esha Allen performed a fine job keeping us informed about all documents and information needed to keep the process moving along. All voice mails that I had to leave were promptly responded to mostly by phone contact. I would rate the service at 5 stars.

The closing disclosures or rather the explanation by the customer service representative did not accurately calculate the cash to close. It was stated I won’t have any closing costs. Then at closing I had $223 to pay versus receipt of funds which is what I was led to believe. Additionally the escrow calculation at closing has both homeowners insurance and taxes. Previously for our other loan only taxes were included in our escrow as we pay our home owners insurance separately.
Kim Hong and Robert Winkler were fine and great to work with. I know they were likely working from home at least part of the time. What I didn't care for and was confusing was the system to review and approve docs. I sent an email to Kim explaining an issue: Basically it's difficult to find docs at times. Twice i found docs under the the completed tab that I needed to act on. One of those i delayed the process 2 days until i stumbled on the doc. So the system is confusing/not intuitive.
