Short and sweet
Only area of concern was the calc of my escrow and title co. A lot of back and forth on numbers. For awhile I was saving roughly $700 then that all changed due to an error. Amount lowered to $400.. Still a savings but emotionally draining. Title co needs to work better w penny mac..
Loan officer was very clear and understanding with all my questions and concerns as I went through my refinance process.

A prompt and smooth process with clear and concise communication.
It was a very unpleasant experience, took more than 4 months to close with no communication from PennyMac, spent several hours calling myself with no answer, closing documents were wrong (had to reschedule 3 times in the middle of pandemic). The estimation end up being significantly different, something I would have never accepted since the begining (ended up accepting because spent too much time on this that I would not want to start again and lose my interest rate).
Great is all I can say about the Professioal way my experience was handled by PennyMac
