Great service all the way through. Every step of the refinancing process was very thorough and made easy.
From the beginning to the end the people who we talked to were very kind and professional BUT THE AMOUNT IF TIME IT TOOK TO CLOSE WAS RIDICULOUS ! This is something that should be said right at the beginning. Because Penny Mac already had our mortgage we thought this would be quite simple. More should have been said UP FRONT about the wait due to Covid and low rates! We made specific plans for other home projects because of the new financing and the dominó effects were very frustrating.
the loan process was simple instructions easy to follow plus a notary come right to your home very convenient every call was returned and questions answered pennymac and their agents made this process painless in the middle of covid
More clarification on how to respond to emails sent. I had to provide title company information multiple times.
