Lack of communication from Mona made the experience unpleasant. I expressed my disappointment through several emails and voicemails and was given the run around for the last 3 months after I was supposed to close. I know for a fact my documents were not submitted on time because I had to resend everything at the end because they had expired. I had so many emails and VM that went days to sometimes over a week that went unanswered. She was not thorough or efficient
