I expected to be contacted when the loan was closed to cancel my auto pay in time. However, the loan was funded the same Day my auto pay was due so I made the payment to ensure I was not penalized for late fees. It takes up to 3 days to get my money back electronically. Also, I had to sign closing docs twice due to an error on the loan number. Just disappointed I was not personally contacted to let me know the loan funded so I could have cancelled my payment and waste my time to get my money.
It was difficult reaching Joe. It took several attempts by email and phone to get one reply. He still had not answered our last question re closing fees. When i asked to soak to another agent, i was told no one else could assist in any way. I was left waiting for Joe. A second poc would be appreciated.
Great and accurate service provided
Dennis had my loan all jacked up and scheduled closing without sending me final documents although I requested them. At close I refused to sign. After getting managers involved my loan was fixed and was able to close.

After I had a hard time using the website, they sent out a very nice pafybto assidt with my wife and I to complete the required documents.

Sent 20 pdf 6 times ; discovered error on loan application by loan officer, which could have jeopardized loan; loan almost fell out because of first loan processor's lack of communication; passed around to so many individuals lost count; had to get PennyMac Tech Team involved several times; b/c no response from loan officer & 1st loan processor; ultimately getting higher management involved. Took 3 months to fund b/c of so many glitches Once Robert Winkler took over, everything went smoothly
PennyMac Managed My Veterans Mortgage. My Point of contact Mr. Juan Soto worked with me in utilizing the Veterans EARL. I would like to say Thank You Very Much to him. PennyMac Mr. Soto is a keeper. very professional and although it was late , heading into after hours he worked diligently to help me acquire the best options. Mr Denny Mueller kept me informed as my application processed through. The one issue I have is the Notary Service POC, this was not a positive experience.
