I was directed to contact an individual for my copies of closing documents. Upon calling, I was told they weren't involved in that part of my loan process and that they would send the information back to Mr Gallo. I still have not received copies of my loan documents from the notary. Communication isn't clear and nobody seems to have an answer.

I had requested specific times for y’all to call me and it was never the time I requested. I am a teacher and coach and have a very busy schedule. I always received phone calls during classes when I was teaching and when I tried to call back it was hard to get who I needed. I also thought it would all be done a few months before I actually got to close.

.Joseph was great to work with. Always able to answer my questions. Dealing with the computer system to upload documents left much to be desired and kept asking for the same documents more than once.
