EVERYTHING WAS WELL PUT TOGETHER
I was very impressed how much PENNYMAC wanted to keep me as a costumer. PENNYMAC contacted me immediately when I was about to go with another offer and was able to beat the competitors offer and still close in a timely manner.

Penny Mac was great. I have had them as my loan provider for over 4 years now.
I had no idea about the refinance process, the length of time, what parties were involved (Pennymac, title company, notary) Of whom never showed up on date of closing that I rearranged my schedule for that day and time. But closed the next day. However my loan officer was excellent, caring, went to great efforts to get answers and great source for help and support throughout the process.
