Thanks for an easy refi process.
The communication regarding our loan was nonexistent. We had no idea what was going on during the process. We were contact via email to schedule our closing. After we closed, we heard absolutely nothing about what was going on with our loan. Following our closing we were bombarded with emails from someone in the title dept to resign missing docs. Last week we were contact again by a different title company tell us our closing docs had been lost by Pennymac and we need to schedule a resign.
Everything that was presented to me was clear and to the point. Thank you. Will highly recommend this team.
