The platform works very well to be able to complete the process remotely. Due to pandemic restrictions and volume, sometimes there were slight delays in obtaining some information, but in general it was a smooth process, with great assistance from tje Pennymac team.

Due to the Corona Virus, this process when smoother than I expected. The only physical contact required was signature of the closing documents. The only thing was no one explained what would happen after the closing documents were signed. I was able to contact the person who initiated the refinance and he referred me to the PennyMac customer service and they explained everything for me.
