Refinance was very easy from start to finish. Nathan was a big help with any questions I had.
Denny and the team provided timely updates and responses to questions all of my questions. We were able to close in within a month of submitting our application.
Due to the Corona Virus, this process when smoother than I expected. The only physical contact required was signature of the closing documents. The only thing was no one explained what would happen after the closing documents were signed. I was able to contact the person who initiated the refinance and he referred me to the PennyMac customer service and they explained everything for me.
