Nathan was extremely helpful along the journey of closing our refinance. Things ended up taking much longer than we thought, but he kept us in the loop the whole time and always let us know what was happening. I greatly appreciate all of his help through the process.

Closing happened a little faster than anticipated

The entire Pennymac team I worked with has been absolutely great.
My'Esha was great. She was very responsive , conscientious, friendly. Any less than perfect ratings are not about her. The problem is that our loan officer said to hold our August payment because they would handle it in escrow. We got late notices and collections reported a missed payment to credit agencies. Ken Price kindly offered to correct this,. Thanks. You should have loan officers talk to collections to avoid this in the future.
