Carlton was very good at helping us with the loan if I could recommend just him I would but I was very unhappy with the team that worked on my loan they were not informed on my loan passed on false information that I didn’t say and getting a response from Dalia my loan officer was difficult and sometimes no response at all Carlton was the only one who took care of any problems I had and always responded to phone calls and emails
Easy to upload documents. Staff very helpful. I suggest that the software should allow mortgagee to review the actual documents they have uploaded.
