The appraisal came in lower than lower because the downstairs was given $0 value. I couldn't rebuild the downstairs for $0. This impacted my loan amount. This is no reflection on Joseph Gallo but I would recommend to stop using the appraiser.

Overall the process was easy. There was one miscommunication that caused us to spend $200 on a termite inspection that we didn't need, but other than that everything went well.

The platform used for interfacing and submitting the loan documents and messages is helpful in providing transparency and with the support of the MAC team we were able to respond timely and accurately. The checklists help keep the process on track. The personalities of the MAC team were great as well.

The online requests for information were not user-friendly. If I had been a senior customer without technical knowledge, it would have been difficult to complete the process without some assistance.
