I had no idea about the refinance process, the length of time, what parties were involved (Pennymac, title company, notary) Of whom never showed up on date of closing that I rearranged my schedule for that day and time. But closed the next day. However my loan officer was excellent, caring, went to great efforts to get answers and great source for help and support throughout the process.

Sandi was great. But the other staff (Nicholas) poorly communicated what needed to happen, didn’t follow through on what they said and didn’t give the credit they assured me. Lesson learned: to have staff provide assurance in writing. Last time I work with Pennac.
