Great job by the team. All steps in the process were laid out and happened as described. The time to closing was a little longer than I believe is the normal timeframe but with rates currently, so low there is a lot refinancing activity which extended the time to close.
I don’t know who Drew Schmelig is? Never work with him that I can remember. The guy who I give all the credit to is the one I initially talked to. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Give him a raise!!!!! He’s the guy that answered all my questions the rest of these people didn’t do crap!
