The communication was great and easy to understand the process.
The overall process went very quickly primarily because documents were 'esigned' versus faxing and mailing. Pretty painless operation...
Very simple process. Never left my home. Kept me updated every step of the way. Kudos to Bryan Ross; very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to Monisha Gleghorn; who kept me posted, and is also very knowledgeable. She was also a blast to talk to on the phone.
The group I had did a fantastic job! This process was quick and efficent with such professionalism I couldn't help but post on social media and inform my friends. Thank you again for doing such a great job, my future loans or refinancing will be done exclusively through PennyMac!!!
There was zero communication as to were we were with the loan, what else was needed and what happens next. We had to call and go through the phone tree if we wanted any information and no one called us back after leaving multiple voicemails to our loan officer (Timothy Carter and Andree Pinson) as well as Andree Pinsons managed. It was not a good experience and was extremely frustrating. We still do not know if our loan has closed yet and just received this email to take a surgery!
My loan was done in a timely manner.
