My experience with refi with PennyMac was great. We have been with PennyMac for several years. They made the refi very easy and convenient. Jake and Tim were outstanding and very professional. Hurricaine Laura caused our closing to be re-scheduled a couple of times, Tim kept us informed and worked hard to find closing agent to come into our area. Thank you again
The overall process went very quickly primarily because documents were 'esigned' versus faxing and mailing. Pretty painless operation...

Frequent and concise communication
The process was incredibly quick but thorough. We closed within a very timely timeframe and all instructions and interactions w/ PennyMac were great.
There was zero communication as to were we were with the loan, what else was needed and what happens next. We had to call and go through the phone tree if we wanted any information and no one called us back after leaving multiple voicemails to our loan officer (Timothy Carter and Andree Pinson) as well as Andree Pinsons managed. It was not a good experience and was extremely frustrating. We still do not know if our loan has closed yet and just received this email to take a surgery!
Very helpful and timely service made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
The biggest piece of the puzzle that made the entire process a great experience was the fact that the process was very organized and planned out. Each conversation was clear and direct and professional.
