Our mortgage was already through PennyMac & they made the process of taking out a VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (VA IRRRL) very seamless. 2.25% was available on the market at the time & PennyMac made it clear to me I would get that rate. Everything was done online leading up to the closing date. On close, a rep came to our house at a convenient time & finished all the in-person paper work that was required. I would recommend them to anyone
It was a quick and easy process to refi. Everything was explained clearly and there were no unexpected surprises. We are happy we decided to use Penny Mac to refinance!
I suppose the process went as smoothly as anyone could have expected during the current environment. I do feel better about it having stayed with PennyMac on the refinance.

There was a mix up on the closing with the Title company.. The first closing date was 9/11/2020 but no one showed. Deion was instrumental in finding out what had happened. There told him that one of there notaries wasn't available. The next closing went off as planed on the 15th of September 2020. Deion answered all my questions and that was a great feeling. Thank You
