Myesha was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was patient with my questions and prompt in getting me answers.
Deion was absolutely outstanding. I called him with a concern and it was simply the best customer service I have ever received over the phone. He called me back promptly with an answer and had coordinated resolution with the title company. Deion deserves a raise!
I initiated the streamline with PennyMac after receiving so many mailings. When speaking to Quintrell Hilliard she told me if got a lower rate she would change my rate and give me 300.00 off my closing. I did get the rate but never saw the 300.00 and I did not feel the escrow account was explained. Once it went to drew he was hard to reach and after several messages he called me. I think the payoff was higher than what I owed and expect I will get a refund for that. Closing cost increased
PennyMac was the original lender, so when we refi’d it was frustrating that at closing we found my husband’s name misspelled. We and the notery could not reach anyone to assist us and had to cancel the closing. I was able to reach a customer service person who said a manager would call me back but I have year to hear from them. At the 2nd closing we found that his name was only corrected on half of the documents. We had to edit and initial the remaining documents. And still no call back!!
The whole experience was awesome.
These are hectic times for mortgage loan companies who are handling a huge volume of applications to refinance at significantly lower rates. I experienced some delay being able to talk to a loan officer but once that happened, I received priority attention and the process was thorough and quick. Good people doing a good job!
Nick was great but the notary assigned was terrible and cased the delay. We were overcharged at closing and still do not have resolution on the mortgage withdrawn from our previous mortgage company- the one Penny Mac payed out, we are still missing over $3k from this transaction.
