Multiple questions to My MAC Team went unanswered. Closing documents were inaccurate. Notary at closing was dismissive and unprofessional. I regret this process.
Loan originator John Kimble was great. Passed on to My’Esha who also did not disappoint. Pleased with my refi.

Nathan Hoffman is a gem. He and Jason made this the most unbelievably easy experience. The loan process executed according to plan and happened earlier than expected. Nathan was incredibly helpful, supportive and answered my 100 calls and questions. This was the easiest loan experience I have ever had. I wouldn't think about going any where else for a mortgage loan.
My experience completing a loan refinance with PennyMac was great. Got great advice & help on what type refinance would benefit me most. After the process started, everything was completed via email and electronic documents, which I love since I am busy. Final closure also went smoothly.
The loan officer was great and set up weekly reminders to check in, even when there wasn’t much of an update. I felt like they were staying on top of it and thoroughly communicating throughout the process.
The loan process was good only because my presser Nick was very helpful and worked hard to get my loan completed.
