This took much longer than expected to close, but is understandable during these times of changing processes due to COVID fall out. What hurt was the fact that Penny MAC didn’t get my taxes right the first time we closed. Every month that closing got delayed I was being penalized $500. Closing the first time took 25 days. Refinancing with the same company almost exactly a year later due to an error on Penny Macs end that we the customer had to pay for ended up in an entire summer of frustration
We had been requested multiple times for the same documents. Submitted early in the week, then requested again on Friday... and get a message saying “to ensure your loan closes on time we need these documents.”
Some of the closing documents had my last name in complete. Pierre instead of StPierre

Very fluid and headache free process
Michelle B. made this whole process as easy as possible. I'm surprised at how simple she made everything for us and truly appreciate it. After only hearing horror stories when it comes to home loans I was pleasantly surprised that none of that applied to our interaction.
Our loan personnel was always working to keep us posted.
