Excellent ! Should have done it with PennyMac the first time , went smoother than expected with Covid delaying a lot of businesses.
Zack handled our refinance most expeditiously. He was very professional and handled everything in a timely manner.

I was told closing was going to be at 9am. It didn’t happen. I had to drive the urgency and process to ensure it then closed at 7:30 pm that day. Poor communication throughout closing day. Not able to get ahold of needed people at PennyMac, docs incorrect.
Loan process was well communicated, accurate and fast. Very smooth. No complaints. 5 of 5 stars

The team was awesome as always! This happened super fast and was easy to do. When I looked at my refi I only looked at one place because I knew I wanted to stay with the team that would make it happen. I have nothing but great things to say about PennMac. I am a customer for life.
