I was overall pleased with financing our new home with PennyMac!
They kept me informed of every step they were taking
I chose to continue with PennyMac assuming that as a present mortgage meant something. I did a refinance with a broker for a vacation home and purchased my home. The process was smooth, took about a month faster and didn’t require me to spend hours on document responses.
Service was prompt and detailed. The whole process was painless and customer service was excellent. Would recomment PennyMac to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance.
