During the final days approaching closing, communication got hard. In order to get any help, I had to feel like I was badgering the My Mac Team to get any answer. I don't know why I couldn't get into contact with Michael until the day of closing, when the package was still not sent to the attorney's. The Closing Package from PennyMac was sent late, almost ruining closing. The wire transfer from PennyMac was late, causing delays to get the keys for the home.
Some of the documents requested were confusing.
Closing paper work was incorrect. Never received final copy for review. Still wanting for date and time for 2nd closing time.
