I had tons of issues with the whole process. Not sure if Covid19 had something to do with it. I could NEVER call and get a hold of anybody, I switched loan agent mid process without any notification, I had to instruct the loan person Shannon on what was very clearly wrong with the closing statement, even though I had that same discussion before with Afton Lambert. It was messy, unorganized, and stressful but I gave a 3 rating because the end product was what I expected.

We had emails or messages every other day asking for the same documents we had already given to the previous person who asked for them. We sucked it up and complied even though we were told that they would “put in a note” that the documents were received already. But as each new person looked at our case, they must have neglected to see these “notes”. The whole process was frustrating. Although Beth was a rose in a steaming pile of poop. She understood the situation and helped us close on time.
