The representatives I spoke with were great about returning emails and phone calls. The process was made easy by their attention. There were some peculiar scenarios that applied to my loan process, and they were able to get answers for me right away. The only stumbling blocks were some of the documents needed to be sent multiple times, and I felt that going into my closing, there was my loan might not be approved. Overall, I am satisfied, but felt that the level of stress was significant.
The value of I received from PennyMac was exceptional. I was serviced by the loan representative with excellence. Thanks for making this a smooth process and giving me peace of mind. Great Job!
